(Words of encouragement)

When you have come to an abrupt halt, a severing train crash of your hopes, your dreams, your future….. You don’t know which way to go, you can’t see a fork in the road, no left or right, there’s nothing not even a walking path! Nothing but a big pile of rubble!

You have two choices; sit in the rubble until you die or, make a new path!

Mistakes are common. The tiniest decisions can leave you paralyzed. There is no normal now, no right or wrong, just a muddling forward making that new path. It is slow work and draining, and all up hill!

Some days will take you back to the wreckage looking for that piece of the past that may bring some comfort, it doesn’t! You gently lay it to rest and turn back to the path you were working on. You have no idea where this path will lead, but with each laying aside of the old there comes a new peace… and so it goes. Don’t look for the ending, there is none, there is only the path...

The more peace, the easier the path building.

The easier the path building, the more peace!

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
